He was born in 1956 in Sabirabad.
He spent his childhood in Shusha.
In 1982 he graduated from Art graphies of Teacherss Training University named after Tusi.
In very years he participated All-Unions International Exhibitions and also in every miniature and ceramic art exhibition.
Since 1982 he has been a member of the miniature painters group "Peyker".
In 1986-87 he was awarded "Soltan Mahammad" prize.
In 1998-99 he participated in the International Dadah Gorgud simposium.
Since 1995 he has been working as a teacher at Art College named after A. Azim-zadeh.
