He was born in 1957 in Gazakh.
In 1982 he graduated from the Art College named after A. Azim-zadeh the faculty of “Sculpture”.
In 1989 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Art University the faculty of “Sculpture”.
After his education he ex-panded and imroved his creative work. After a few years practice in the creative field he was invited to the State Construction Engineers University in 1999. At the present time he works as a lecture in the University.
