He was born the 28 th of June, 1957 in Mingachevir. He graduated from Art College named after A.Azimzadeh in 1980.
In 1991 he graduated from the carpet department of Azerbaijan State Art University.
Since 1980 he has been participating in republican and international exhibitions.
His works of art are kept in museums and personal collection in the USA, Sweden, Turkey, Iran, Holland and Great Britain.
He is the only artist who utilized this technique. At the same time he works on the graphics and placard carpet art.
