She was born the 31-st of May, 1931 in Baku.
In 1952 she finished the Teacher's Training College, and in 1957 she graduated from Teacher's Training University named after Tusi.
When she retired she began to work in different embroidery styles.
The 19-th of November, 1998 she organized her first personal exhibition.
Zarifa Seyidaliyeva is a member of the International Women's club.
Some of her works of art are kept in personal collection in Norway, Israel, Germany and USA.
The 21-st of February, 1999 Zarifa Seyidaliyeva organized her second personal exhibition in a miniature exhibition show-room.
